3-Month private coaching

A soulful journey from living in your head to living from your heart.

This 3-month coaching experience invites you to release old patterns, reconnect with your true self, and begin living in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and deeply aligned. Together, we’ll shift from habits shaped by limiting beliefs to soul-led choices—supported, held, and guided every step of the way.

Weekly & bi-weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions (8 sessions)
Each week, we’ll explore what’s really present for you, gently clear what’s in the way, and create space for healing and expansion. These sessions open the door to a more empowered, aligned version of yourself.

Support between sessions
Transformation doesn’t only happen in the sessions—it happens in the moments in between. I’ll check in with you regularly, and you’re welcome to share what’s coming up, what you’re noticing, and any insights or breakthroughs along the way.

A 90-minute closing session
In our final session, we’ll look back at your journey—what has shifted, what you’ve reclaimed, and who you’ve become. You will walk away with a plan and a powerful toolbox.

Flexible scheduling
We’ll normally agree on a set day and time to meet, but life isn’t always predictable. If you need to reschedule a session, no worries—we’ll find a new time that works for you.

6-Month private coaching

This 6-month coaching experience is for you if you’re ready to go all in—on your growth, your truth, and the life you know you’re meant to be living. Over these months, we’ll dive deep into the patterns, beliefs, and blocks that have been holding you back and begin creating real, lasting change from the inside out.

It’s about moving beyond the surface, letting go of old habits rooted in fear or limitation, and reconnecting with the path that actually feels true for you. You’ll be supported and guided throughout the process as you shift from mind-led patterns to soul-led choices—and begin living in a way that feels authentically yours.

Wait, what about manifestation?

I love that you are asking! Well, you already do it. You manifest every single day. Manifestation isn’t something mystical — it’s the result of the beliefs and patterns you live from every day. Most of those run in the background, without you even noticing.
When those patterns are shaped by doubt or old stories, it makes sense that you end up creating outcomes you don’t actually want.

By identifying those beliefs, and replacing them with empowered ones, you open the door to a new reality. You begin to think, act, and show up in ways that align with the life you want, and your results naturally shift to match. What you are manifesting will absolutely change when you start to rewire your beliefs.

  • My coaching is a unique blend of classic coaching practices and psychological approaches. While coaching is typically forward-focused—helping you identify goals, take action, and grow—I also integrate therapy and past-focused healing when relevant. That might include working with emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, or unresolved experiences.

    Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process. I draw on tools from somatics, NLP, classic psychological therapy methods, and coaching to meet you exactly where you are—supporting both your personal growth and deeper healing.

  • Many clients begin to notice shifts—more clarity, confidence, or calm—after just a few sessions. That said, lasting transformation usually unfolds over time. This work blends coaching with deep inner exploration, and depending on where you are in life, I typically recommend a 3–6 month commitment to allow for meaningful and sustainable growth.

  • Yes, 100%. Everything we talk about in our sessions is completely confidential. I create a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. Your privacy and trust are essential—and I’m committed to upholding professional standards of confidentiality at all times.

  • Our coaching sessions take place via Zoom, making it easy and convenient to connect from anywhere. There's no subscription required—you’ll receive an invitation from me for each session.

  • It’s completely normal to feel unsure about sharing personal things with someone through a screen at first. But surprisingly, most clients end up finding it easier to open up from the comfort of their own home. When you’re in control of your environment, the experience often feels more relaxed, grounded, and safe.

    After a session, there’s no pressure to step straight back into the world—you’re already in your own space, where you can pause, reflect, or simply sit with the experience for as long as you need. That gentle landing can make the whole process feel even more supportive.

    And most importantly: it is my absolute job and privilege to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. That foundation of trust is at the heart of everything we do together.

  • Your homework will simply be living your normal daily life while slowly introducing new ways of being you. You’ll become more aware, reflect more, and take small actions. As we move forward, the transformations will start to feel easier and more natural. Talking and learning give us awareness; actions lead to transformation.

  • I work with a combination of trauma therapy, somatic techniques, NLP, inner-child work, IFS, emotional processing, and mindset coaching. Each session is tailored to what you need — nothing rigid, nothing one-size-fits-all. The tools serve the person, not the other way around.
