One-to-one sessions of 60 minutes
Each week, we’ll explore what’s really present for you, clear what’s in the way, and create space for growth and transformation. These sessions open the door to a more empowered, aligned version of yourself.
Support between sessions
Growth happens both in our sessions and in the moments in between. I’ll check in with you regularly to hold you accountable for your process, and you’re free to share what’s coming up, what you’re noticing, and any insights or breakthroughs along the way.
Flexible scheduling
We’ll agree on a set day and time to meet, but life isn’t always predictable and sessions can always be rescheduled.
360° Leadership Review
Most leaders have blind spots. This process reveals them with honesty, depth, and care.
Through live interviews with 10–12 people in your world - your team, your peers, your manager or board - I build a picture of how you're truly experienced as a leader. Not surveys, but from real conversations.

My coaching is a unique blend of classic coaching practices and psychological approaches. While coaching is typically forward-focused—helping you identify goals, take action, and grow—I also integrate therapy and past-focused healing when relevant. That might include working with emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, or unresolved experiences.
Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process. I draw on tools from somatics, NLP, classic psychological therapy methods, and coaching to meet you exactly where you are—supporting both your personal growth and deeper healing.

Yes. Confidentiality is key in coaching. In order for coaching to be fruitful, you need to feel safe and comfortable to talk through anything and everything that comes up. I create a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. Your privacy and trust are essential - and I’m committed to upholding professional standards of confidentiality at all times.

Our coaching sessions take place via Zoom, making it easy and convenient to connect from anywhere. There's no subscription required. You’ll receive an invitation from me for each session.

Your homework will simply be living your normal daily life while introducing new ways of being you. As we move forward, the transformations will start to feel easier and more natural. Talking and learning give us awareness and information; actions lead to transformation - but you already know this.

I work with a combination of trauma therapy, somatic techniques, NLP, inner-child work, IFS, emotional processing, and mindset coaching. Each session is tailored to what you need — nothing rigid, nothing one-size-fits-all. The tools serve the person, not the other way around.
