As your partner and coach, I will support you in understanding and removing what is in the way of your desires.
We begin by taking an overview of your life and identifying areas that need action or attention and I will assist you in establishing measurable goals. There is nothing you cannot shift, and you are capable of so much more than you know.
You already know more than you think.
No matter what you will bring, I will be by your side, offering compassionate and clear guidance and support. I hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and tailormade especially for you – there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to coaching.
I do not solve your problems, but guide you into solving them on your own. You already know more than you think, and I will help you access it. My relationships with my clients are close, honest, rewarding and 100% confidential.

Three-month engagement
A soulful journey from living in your head to living from your heart.
Over the course of 3 month you will be releasing old patterns, reconnecting with your authentic self, and begin living in a way that feels deeply aligned. Together, we’ll shift habits shaped by limiting beliefs to soul-led responses and choices.

Support between sessions
Growth happens both in our sessions and in the moments in between. I’ll check in with you regularly to hold you accountable for your process, and you’re free to share what’s coming up, what you’re noticing, and any insights or breakthroughs along the way.

My coaching is a unique blend of classic coaching practices and psychological approaches. While coaching is typically forward-focused—helping you identify goals, take action, and grow—I also integrate therapy and past-focused healing when relevant. That might include working with emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, or unresolved experiences.
Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process. I draw on tools from somatics, NLP, classic psychological therapy methods, and coaching to meet you exactly where you are—supporting both your personal growth and deeper healing.

This work blends coaching with deep inner exploration, and depending on where you are in life, I typically recommend a 3–6 month commitment to allow for meaningful and sustainable growth.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about sharing personal things with someone through a screen at first. But surprisingly, most clients end up finding it easier to open up from the comfort of their own home. When you’re in control of your environment, the experience often feels more relaxed, grounded, and safe.
After a session, there’s no pressure to step straight back into the world—you’re already in your own space, where you can pause, reflect, or simply sit with the experience for as long as you need. That gentle landing can make the whole process feel even more supportive.
And most importantly: it is my absolute job and privilege to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. That foundation of trust is at the heart of everything we do together.

Your homework will simply be living your normal daily life while slowly introducing new ways of being you. You’ll become more aware, reflect more, and take small actions. As we move forward, the transformations will start to feel easier and more natural. Talking and learning give us awareness; actions lead to transformation.

I work with a combination of trauma therapy, somatic techniques, NLP, inner-child work, IFS, emotional processing, and mindset coaching. Each session is tailored to what you need — nothing rigid, nothing one-size-fits-all. The tools serve the person, not the other way around.
What about manifestation?
Well, you are already doing it. You manifest every single day. Manifesting isn’t something mystical or hippie-dippy. It’s the result of the beliefs you live from every day. Most of those run in the background, without you even noticing.
If they are shaped by doubt or old stories, it makes sense that you end up creating outcomes you don’t actually want.
By replacing those beliefs with empowered ones, you open the door to a new reality. You begin to think, act, and show up in ways that align with the life you want. What you are manifesting will absolutely change when you start to rewire your beliefs.
